3-5 Years Experience | Law Students & Law Graduates Considered

We are seeking an experienced Law Clerk to support an active civil litigation practice based in Century City. This is a temporary, 100% onsite role offering hands-on involvement in drafting, filings, and trial preparation, with direct attorney collaboration.

This opportunity is well suited for current law students or law graduates who are not planning to sit for the July 2026 bar exam. Lemon Law experience is a plus but not required.

Your Role on the Team

  • Draft and prepare complaints, pleadings, declarations, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents, and assist with factual investigations and case development
  • Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and legal authorities, including preparing Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities (TOC/TOA)
  • Prepare, format, file, and serve pleadings and other legal documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines
  • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including briefs, exhibits, subpoenas, motions, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining organized case files


Your Credentials

  • Three to five years of experience in a litigation law firm or similar legal environment
  • Strong experience drafting pleadings, discovery, declarations, and litigation-related documents
  • Demonstrated proficiency with state and federal court filing and e-filing procedures
  • Experience preparing Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities (TOC/TOA)
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision
